Changed consumer behavior and increasingly flexible corporate planning mean that sales areas have to be changed more frequently and more quickly and thus have to be adapted to the requirements of new sectors. As an experienced general contractor with a focus on shopfitting for retail, we know about this development and the requirements associated with it. The efficient and rapid implementation of dismantling has therefore been one of our specialties for years.
Only recently, during the demolition of the former sales area of a textile giant, our team was able to prove that it can also cope with large dimensions: Because on a total of four floors, around 2,500 m2 of sales and storage space as well as staff rooms had to be restored to their original state. The demolition included the dismantling of free-standing and fixed furniture, plaster walls, facing shells, plasterboard ceilings, floor coverings, lighting, electrical and data installations as well as outdoor advertising systems. These measures were implemented within a short project duration of six weeks. The sales areas were thus quickly available for use by the next tenant.
