Our German team came together in Freiburg for a team building event. In glorious summer weather, we took the opportunity to meet outside the office and spend time together.
The day began with a long walk up the Schlossberg, where we enjoyed nature and the breathtaking view of the city. The fresh air and relaxed atmosphere gave us the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas away from the daily grind. We used the time out to further strengthen our bond.
After the walk, we stopped off at one of the cozy restaurants on the Schlossberg, where we ended the day with delicious food and good conversation.
The exchange outside of projects not only brought us closer together, but also laid the foundation for even more effective cooperation in the future.
The next morning, we continued the meeting in a more formal setting. We started with intensive fire safety training from an external speaker. We were able to refresh our knowledge and learn new things. We also took a look at past projects that have given us valuable insights and experiences.
With fresh energy and a clear vision, we look forward to achieving new milestones together and continuing to work with full commitment on innovative projects.
