Already in 2021, our Projekt Kraft team made its successful debut at the Wechsel. We are therefore even more happy to be able to design the future home base and hub for creative, cosmopolitan people in the hunchbacked world with the planning of a multifunctional building on behalf of “Wexl Werk”.
The innovative project, which will include not only offices of all sizes, but also an event arena with a bar, practice rooms as well as gastronomy, fitness and leisure facilities, was of course a particular challenge: In the end, a form had to be found that blends naturally into the landscape and meets the requirements of a flexible, demanding target group. A modern barn look and a material mix of (old) wood, steel, glass and concrete make this bridge building possible.
Sustainability is of course just as central to the innovative hub, which scores with perfect transport connections and a wide range of sports on the doorstep: That is why our planning creates the basis for green energy supply using photovoltaic systems and heat pumps. In addition, recycled building materials are used in the implementation.
However, the entrepreneurial and social approach is also sustainable: The room solutions therefore invite you to live work and leisure in balance and to make flexibility part of your everyday professional life. Building extensions (such as production, sales, workshops and training facilities as well as childcare) round off the diverse range.
